If you are a Settlement Class Member, or a parent or legal guardian of a Settlement Class Member who is a minor, and wish to receive a payment, your completed Claim Form must be postmarked or submitted online on or before July 27, 2026.

Claimants may be eligible to receive a cash payment if they are a person in the United States who, while a student, logged into the product offered by Hobsons, Inc. and, later, PowerSchool Holdings LLC, that is commonly referred to as Naviance (the “Naviance Platform”), at least once during the period beginning on August 18, 2021 and continuing through January 23, 2026 (the “Class Period”).
To be eligible to receive any benefits from the settlement obtained in this class action lawsuit, you or, if you are a minor under the age of 18, your parent/legal guardian must submit this completed Claim Form online no later than July 27, 2026.
